AAMC and FIRST will discuss the changes happening with the student loan program and what happens now that the COVID-19 Student Loan Relief Measures have ended. We’ll also discuss what you should do to prepare for going into repayment for the first time, as well as what those who were in repayment need to do to return to loan repayment. Topics will include updates to loan payment plans, important dates and procedures for returning to repayment, changes to the interest capitalization polices, as well as federal updates that affect borrowers.
